Have you ever heard the more water you drink the easier it is to lose weight? Sounds kinda crazy, right?! But it’s true. Water is flippin’ amazing! When it comes to weight release we could use all the assistance we can get! Right?! Since the true story is: Water is astounding, remarkable and incredible; we’re going to take a closer look at how to exploit its benefits! First of all – your body is a living breathing organism. Like a plant, your body NEEDS water! Let it have it!
ONE
For a start, water contains no calories - so you can happily drink as much water as you’d like and you can't put on weight. On the heels of that sentence I need to remind you that IS possible to drink more water than is good for you. Don’t OD! Know that the kidneys can only do what they can do – which btw is pretty bionic naturally. On a regular day, a pair of normal happy kidneys can eliminate 20 – 28 liters of water per day. According to an article in Medicalnewstoday.com, in order to avoid hyponatremia symptoms don’t drink more than a liter of water per hour. By the way. The symptoms of hyponatremia are NOT cool. Check that out on-line and … don’t drink too much water! .
If you should be unfortunate enough to suffer from a water retention problem; it is best to check with your doctor before going overboard with your water-drinking. While more water can help you retain less it’s also good to monitor this with your doctor. It’s possible you also need a supplement to help your body release…water. You’re then losing water weight which is totally helpful and in alignment with your process to release weight! .

Water flushes the system! And as it does it’s flushing, it removes waste and toxins. When your body is receiving water all day it’s not only staying hydrated but it’s active and moving its metabolism. More weight loss! So, remember to regularly sip water to increase your metabolism and insure that you burn more calories with greater success, which of course, leads to the release of more weight!! That’s a win win win situation! Having a drink of water 30 minutes before eating will help you determine whether you’re really hungry! Drinking water can also prepare your digestive system. Thing is, drinking water before a meal can also be used to make yourself feel fuller quicker. So it serves as an all natural appetite suppressant! But there’s debate about that as water will dilute the digestive juices needed for the full and proper assimilation of the food you’re taking in. There are theories that one should NOT drink ANYthing within 30 minutes of eating (before or after the meal) so that the digestive process is not hindered in anyway!

Last but definitely not least! In fact, I SHOULD have made this one first! You can program your water to do what you need I to do for you! Water has a consciousness! It understands the intention directed at it and responds to that intention! Wait…what?! – Yeah! .
There’s a Dr Masaru Emoto who did a series of experiments with water. Basically, imagine taking two glasses of water. On one glass take a note that says Love. On the other take a note that says hate. Turn these notes so they are facing the water. Th notes are TO the water, not to the reader outside the glass. Freeze the glasses of water. Dr Emoto then examined the water crystals from each glass. Many of the results of these experiments are available on-line. I urge you to take a look for yourself! See the beautiful crystals that resulted from positive words and intentions. And see the dinjie grubby looking crystal formations as a result of the negative words and intentions. It becomes BLATANTLY clear via the consistency of the hundreds and hundreds of these tests Dr Emoto did, that water is responsive to thought and intention. Words are alive and so is water! .
Now, if our bodies are, on an unbloated day, about 70% water (!) what if we messaged the water going into our bodies with positive, affirmative words and intentions that are in alignment and supportive of what we are creating; Strength, stamina, weight release, weight gain, muscle toning etc… Yeah. Program the water, then drink it. Check out the experiment results of Dr Emoto. YouTube is a great spot to look for this. See the evidence and be convinced. Then I recommend writing love notes and other positive stuff and affixing these onto your water bottles or the water pitcher in the fridge. While your water is sitting there, it’s being programed by the note you’ve written to it! “Radiant Health”, “Strength & Beauty”. Whatever you want. The water is actually on your side! .

Be interested in the quality of the water you are drinking! I recommend you study the value of high alkaline water! Learn about PH balance. Acidity versus Alkalinity. This is so important that learning this information makes th erelase of sodas and other sugary drinks easier sa you want to create a high alkaline – high immune system environment in your body. Many experts recommended that you should also start the day off with a glass of spring water as it supposed to help get your brain active. Sip it through out the day for body hydration , heart health and a list of other positives including what many studies show: water enhances the effort to release unwanted weight!
